Bought an Outlander this year from A1 Cars and the team were great in their friendly and efficient service, not pushy for sales, accepted part exchange and deducted money when I realised the multimedia touchscreen did not work. Great car until a few months later when the car unfortunately developed overheating issues. I had quotes from another garage, and decided to discuss the issue with A1 who were really supportive, despite the car being out of warranty. A1 went above and beyond to help me, offering to source a competitive quote, to foot the bill, and provide me with a courtesy car. The genuine kindness and support of the whole team really helped me through a very stressful time. I was constantly reassured that they were there to help. This was great for me as I do not like confrontation, which I have previously had when buying used cars. The family business values they state on the website of having a strong commitment to after sales care, and providing an honest and committed customer service are truly reflected if and when any help is needed!

These guys really went above and beyond to help out, when my van developed an engine issue. They had me back on the road the same day! We’ve bought 3 cars from A1 over the last few years and not once have we ever recieved anything other than great, friendly service. We collected our new car yesterday and from start to finish the process was so smooth, professional and quick. The car is brilliant, all information was very transparent and we didn’t feel pressured at all (in fact we actually really appreciated the honesty!). I bought a Golf from A1 cars in August 2024. I have to say that the whole process was really stress free from start to finish. I phoned and spoke to Clint after I saw the Golf, he offered to reserve it for me until I could get there later that day. On arrival I took the car for a test drive and loved it. We agreed on a very fair price and that was it ! No hard sell, just up front fairness and transparency. I collected it a few days later. It had been valeted and serviced and a new, no advisories MOT. A couple of weeks later it developed an unforeseen fault, I emailed A1 and they replied instantly asking me to take the car to them, the fault was rectified quickly with no quibbles. I can totally recommend A1, they are friendly, trustworthy, reliable and professional. The customer service is absolutely fantastic. Thankyou A1.

A1 have been brilliant all the way through. I bought my Volvo from them and a few days later I discovered that the clutch needed changing and the car had a few other minor issues. A1 fitted a new clutch for me and sorted all the other issues with no problem at all and now my car runs smoothly and it’s a pleasure to drive. A1 offers excellent customer service before and after the sale and they do value their customers.

A1 cars were amazing i brought a fantastic car Trevor is a top bloke and i would be happy to go to this company again. Any teething problems i had were sorted very promptly with no hesitation. Trevor even had a tow bar fitted for us knowing we use the car for caravaning.
